TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: quietly whispers in our spiritual ears that it is time to awaken from our trance dance.  This is the level of awareness where our inner connection to the truth in all things resides.  Our hearts are imprinted with the map and the directions for our soul to follow when the end of our karmic journey is at hand.

This allows us to see clearly through the illusions and confusions of our past and bring a new level of clarity into the now moment.  To fully embody this transformation, we must first acknowledge that we have learned everything our soul has requested and has been virtually tested in every way.  This is the time when still point brings you out of the illusion in into the present.

Using the breath and following it in and out of our mortal body, will allow you to make quantum leaps from the old way into the new way of being.  This reveals within us the old patterns, programs and paradigms that are being replaced with the vibrational match of the new world we are creating.  It can feel overwhelming and exciting all at the same time.  Do no confuse the chaos of change for a loss of direction.  Remember and trust that your heart KNOWS the way and your soul FEELS the call from within to let it happen.

PATTERNS= the repetitious pathways we have been moving along that are familiar
PROGRAMS= the belief systems we have adopted to learn from and through
PARADIGMS= the variations to our patterns and programs that we have completed

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: plays a significant role in reminding us that we are all being tested to see if we are ready to live in the fullness of our light and power, or are still holding onto the ways and means of the past.  We are being challenged to let everything and everyone that we know GO.  This does not mean a permanent departure from all that we hold sacred, but a step in the direction of expanding our awareness of the new levels of love.

The best place to discover the real point of your own journey is to own your feelings and ideals of what is happening in your own life.  That central core of light that is ME holds the truth about what comes next on the journey of ascension.  The answers that I am looking for are meant to be focused on MYSELF and not distracted by what others are doing, saying or acting out.

Then we get to the all important place of MY purpose in being right here, right now, doing what I am doing, feeling what I am feeling and being what I am being as a real reflection of my most benevolent soul self.  This is what some would call heaven on earth when we learn to live purely from the heart.

ME= accepting self at the deepest levels of love
MYSELF= allowing self to be real and realistic about love
MY= owning your actions and reactions with love

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: requests that we allow ourselves to be filled to overflowing with the Light of the Violet Flame.  This energy is one that soothes the soul while energizing our spirit to expand into a higher state of awareness.  There is much for us to understand at this time that will enable us to live more fully and freely.

Each and ever soul has the capacity to embody this high vibrational energy to create and co-create a better world of love and peace.  To fill our own hearts to the point of overflow allows us the blessings and benefits of sharing what is genuinely love without conditions.  Unconditional love is the sign of an evolved being who’s energy field can then be used to amplify the consciousness of man at a whole new level.

Envision yourself drinking it in, breathing it in, filling in from the crown of your head, drawing it up from your feet from the very essence of the earth and letting it spiral up and down your spine until you feel it vibrating faster and faster.  Continue this intention until you are so saturated with light that you are breathing it in and out, seeing it moving freely in and out and all around you.  This is the sign of a full cup of divine love and light.

DRINK IT IN= liquid light saturating your soul
BREATHE IT IN= energy fuelling your heart light
DRAW IT IN= essence of love permeating your being
