MENTAL~EMOTIONAL~PHYSICAL~BELIEFS

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON ~ suggests that we take a closer look at how our belief system is formed.  It is not so much our willingness to know things, as much as our response, reaction or rejection of what we hear.  We record things very differently at each level of our awareness.  The brain records differently than our emotions, and that reaction is reflected in our physical being, which all directly affects our level of spiritual awareness.  Lets break it down so it becomes very clear and easy to review when things are not in alignment or balance with what you ‘think’ you believe.

As information comes into our awareness through thoughts, sight, sounds, scents or perception, we record it in our consciousness as data.  It does not have a purpose other than a point of reference to be accessed at other times in the future.  This information will be logged in as right or wrong, good or bad, black or white, loving or unloving, true or untrue based on our perception of life as we are currently experiencing it.

The same information is being scanned into our emotional field as it triggers responses, reactions or rejection of that information.  This will be a reference back to our pervious experiences, and how it relates to, or compares to when we last had a similar event.  Our emotions are recorded in our subconscious where they find all kinds of ways to explain, excuse, justify or judge our choices and decisions that directly affects how we relate to ourself and others.  These ‘feelings’ can be in direct alignment with our ‘thoughts’, or in direct opposition to them.  We do not always trust what our thoughts are telling us, and our memories can validate the conflict and confusion that has happened in the past when we followed an idea and got hurt or harmed in some way.  Getting our emotions to align to our thoughts, can be a very challenging lifelong process.

Then we take into our physical reality the sum and total of our thoughts and beliefs as they are in alignment or not in alignment with what we have chosen to believe about ourselves.  We can believe we are a good person ‘logically’ but totally reject that idea ’emotionally’.  It is easy to believe we deserve to be blessed and abundant in our daily lives, but if our emotions have deemed it otherwise, the chain of events we will create will reflect an imbalanced state that makes us feel unloved, unwanted, unworthy or unkind.  This inner battle takes a great deal of time, effort and energy to support and repeat until we become consciously aware of what we are doing and correct it.

THOUGHTS= information that we take into our soul self to process
FEELINGS= emotions that surround our memories and cloud our vision
BELIEFS= how we record the information and respond, react to or reject it

Having our thoughts, feelings and beliefs in alignment with our truth, helps us to feel validated, worthy and loving towards ourselves and others.  If you don’t like what you are creating . . . change how you feel about what you know and embrace it as your truth for the purpose of learning.  Anything can be changed  . . . it is up to us when that will be.

THOUGHTS~FEELINGS~INTENTIONS~PERCEPTIONS

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON:  Our thoughts and intentions initiate the ideas we hold in our perception and reflect them into our vibrational realm to experience as life challenges.  This is called action or direction.

Our feelings and emotions initiate a vibration that either aligns to our beliefs, or shifts our focus away from them in a different direction.  This is called reaction or distraction.

Our thoughts originate from the conscious vibrational realms where we align ourselves to whatever reality we choose to believe in.  Faith will align itself to any level of this realm to support your conscious belief system.

Our feelings originate from the subconscious vibrational realms where we relate them to the past and how we have reacted before.  Fear will align itself to any level of this realm to support your subconscious reactors. Consciously shifting our feelings can change everything.

Moving the vibration to a higher place means we must become the observer of our own actions and reactions by using our wisdom and will, to elevate it during a breath we will call the PAUSE button.  This pause moment is a place where we can reset our belief system and ultimately our reactions to that reset is uplifting, encouraging and inspiring.

When we learn to consciously choose the direction we are intending to move, our feelings settle down and begin to trust the process of vibrating at a higher level which supports our being in balance on all levels.  Thoughts, Feelings, Intentions and Perceptions begin to work together to support this new state of being called GRACE.

THOUGHTS= higher state of awareness that creates clairty of collective
FEELINGS= Lower state of awareness that creates compassion for self & others
INTENTIONS= Inner state of awareness that creates new direction of growth
PERCEPTIONS= Outer state of awareness that creates higher vision of truth

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: shares an important reminder that we are all in some way working through our own life lessons.  We do it daily, and in many different ways at various times.

The purpose of learning life lessons is to learn, grow, evolve and expand the greater awareness of the universe.  This takes a tremendous amount of time and commitment on our part to remain focused and determined to complete what we came here to do.

If you are able to stop yourself from doing things the same way everyday, you will find an interesting pattern that limits our thoughts, feelings and intentions in a repeated way until we are done with the lesson.  As they say you can’t keep doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different outcome . . . or can you?

ACTION= keeping ourselves busy and participating in life’s challenges by using our thoughts to figure it out, think in through or imagine it different.
REACTION= stopping ourselves from participating in life’s challenges by entering victim mode where we remain hopeless and helpless for prolonged periods of time.
DISTRACTION= avoiding the need to participate in life’s challenges by not paying attention to what is going on around you or within you.

So here the blessing in the lesson – if you are in REACTION, it means you have not taken ACTION in some way that would have benefitted you instead of creating a DISTRACTION to occupy your time and energy which takes you no where accept back to the beginning.  Some of us spend a lifetime figuring this one out this victim role identity.
