If Our Words Were Birds . . .

2029

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: came in the form of a poem . . .
a very strong message for us to consider the power of our words
and how they affect others . . . If our words are birds – then they should be heard.

If our words were birds – where would they go
As they leave our soul carrying what we know
Would they soar so high they could touch the sky
Or would their wings feel heavy and too sad to fly

If our words were birds – would we love them enough
As they reflect who we are carrying all of our ‘stuff’
Would they be happy and feel joy just to be free
Or would they find a place to hide in a tree

If our words were birds – what would they show
As the world observes us letting them go
Would they be respected by everyone who heard
Or be judged and criticized for just being a bird

If our words were birds – what sound would there be
As each bird is unique and heard differently
Would they be valued as precious and rare
Or might they feel too self conscious to share

If our words were birds – and they gathered together
As souls often do when they react to the weather
Would they find comfort together as one happy family
Or would they feel uncomfortable, lost and lonely

If our words were birds – what kind would they be
As each type of bird brings different colours to see
Would they all be found equal and beautiful to behold
Or would they be separated by what they were told

If our words were birds – they should be genuine and true
As each simple word makes us joyful or blue
Would they want to sing like there is no tomorrow
Or silently share their worry and sorrow

If my words are birds – then I share them with love
As the parrot, the crow or the winsome grey dove
They each have a role to play in my tomorrow
From the greatest Condor; to the tiniest Sparrow.

WELLNESS~WELLBEING~WILLINGNESS~WHOLENESS

2028

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: reminds us that It is important to acknowledge and accept that our natural state of grace has an ebb and flow to it that reflects our willingness to love and be loved.  The amount of energy (thoughts) and synergy (feelings) that we experience is directly connected to our level of willingness to allow our intentions to be loving.

We should not consider sharing from our well of wellbeing and wellness unless it is full and overflowing.  This is the secret to having abundant good health and prosperity; for if we overspend our resources, we then end up in a state of need or greed that compels us to exist for the sake of others . . . thus forsaking ourselves.

If the entire world of humanity was aware of this, and lived vicariously through the concept of only share what you have when it is in a place of abundance, we would have less conflict.  Most of the worlds conflicts are fought over resources.  The idea that there is not enough comes from the collective consciousness of the human race and not from the benevolent reality of nature.  In nature there is plenty for all, and even the need to provide for each other fades away.  We are the source of our own supply. Sharing is caring, but it must come from a place of fullness and not a desperation of emptiness.

WELLNESS = living with a full heart filled and overflowing with love
WELLBEING = a fullness that overflows when faith is present
WILLINGNESS = the power to replenish any resource that is desired or required
WHOLENESS  = complete balance and grace built on a foundation of endless love

What Is Enough?

2021

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: is all about enough.  When we feel we are complete and whole, there is an energy emitted that enhances the world we live in, both externally and internally.  The art of ‘enoughness’ is one of the hardest things for a soul to achieve.  We are designed to challenge ourselves beyond  endurance and most days beyond reason.

The energy of enough is quite flexible and changeable.  It is never the same and adjusts itself easily to whatever kind of day or experience you are having.  What can be more than enough for one person on any given day, may feel like less than enough to another as we all have our own version of what makes the moment we are in ‘enough’.

When we get to the place in our evolution where we no longer feel the need to weight, measure or compare ourselves to anyone else, the art of enough brings a sense of peace and contentment.  This is where we get to enjoy the fruits of our labour and the blessings and benefits of a life well lived, or a job well done.

I THINK ENOUGH= attuning to  thoughts that simply flow through without judging them
I FEEL ENOUGH= allowing feelings to guide us without rejecting them
I DO ENOUGH= acknowledging our efforts in all things without measurement
I HAVE ENOUGH= accepting what we have without competing
I SHARE ENOUGH= accumulating only what we need and offering the rest to others
I AM ENOUGH= awareness of self at the highest level with deep respect
