TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: encourages us to take a look at our own way of thinking, seeing, feeling and reacting to the world we live in.  Everything we see is a reflection of our own perception and how we relate to our environment, relationships and life challenges.  When we view life through the lens of love, it reflects only the most benevolent perspective for us to encounter.  When we see it through the eyes of fear, doubt or worry, we see only those things that support our belief and invite us to participate in a constant state of reaction to things we cannot change outside of ourselves.

Overall, our personal performance will indicate if we are in alignment with our best interests, best behaviour and attitude towards self and others, or out of alignment with conflict, confusion and frustration.  It is challenging to accept when we are off course, but essential to our growth if we are going to take responsibility for correcting our misalignment.

PERFORMANCE= the expression of those beliefs of faith or fears through our actions

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: inspires us to take a very close look at the way we manifest our dreams and desires.  We all begin with the best of intentions and then slowly slide down the scale of vibration to the sum and total of our least desires.  The automatic filtering of our fears, doubts and worries affect our faith in who we are and what we are capable of.

Inspiration comes at the highest level of what we are capable of achieving.  This is the way we begin each project or process as we believe in the best of everything possible for ourselves.  The subconscious mind has a program running that will contradict just about anything you think about yourself as a way of challenging you to grow.  So if you are excited about the possibilities of achieving something, by the time you go through all of your former memories, experiences and outcomes, chances are your dream just turned into a night mare that seems more than just familiar – it is a chronic condition that you are suppose to be breaking out of.

Here is a view of the slide ride of events that take our best possible intentions and transform them into something very different than what we originally thought! The challenge of today is to catch yourself doing it – and self correct to a better level of truth, that is more in alignment with the person you have become.  We raise ourselves up by breaking the illusions we are in. 101 good intentions will go absolutely no where without a sense of direction . . . find yours and follow it!

THOUGHTS~FEELINGS~INTENTIONS~PERCEPTIONS

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON:  Our thoughts and intentions initiate the ideas we hold in our perception and reflect them into our vibrational realm to experience as life challenges.  This is called action or direction.

Our feelings and emotions initiate a vibration that either aligns to our beliefs, or shifts our focus away from them in a different direction.  This is called reaction or distraction.

Our thoughts originate from the conscious vibrational realms where we align ourselves to whatever reality we choose to believe in.  Faith will align itself to any level of this realm to support your conscious belief system.

Our feelings originate from the subconscious vibrational realms where we relate them to the past and how we have reacted before.  Fear will align itself to any level of this realm to support your subconscious reactors. Consciously shifting our feelings can change everything.

Moving the vibration to a higher place means we must become the observer of our own actions and reactions by using our wisdom and will, to elevate it during a breath we will call the PAUSE button.  This pause moment is a place where we can reset our belief system and ultimately our reactions to that reset is uplifting, encouraging and inspiring.

When we learn to consciously choose the direction we are intending to move, our feelings settle down and begin to trust the process of vibrating at a higher level which supports our being in balance on all levels.  Thoughts, Feelings, Intentions and Perceptions begin to work together to support this new state of being called GRACE.
