If Our Words Were Birds . . .

2029

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: came in the form of a poem . . .
a very strong message for us to consider the power of our words
and how they affect others . . . If our words are birds – then they should be heard.

If our words were birds – where would they go
As they leave our soul carrying what we know
Would they soar so high they could touch the sky
Or would their wings feel heavy and too sad to fly

If our words were birds – would we love them enough
As they reflect who we are carrying all of our ‘stuff’
Would they be happy and feel joy just to be free
Or would they find a place to hide in a tree

If our words were birds – what would they show
As the world observes us letting them go
Would they be respected by everyone who heard
Or be judged and criticized for just being a bird

If our words were birds – what sound would there be
As each bird is unique and heard differently
Would they be valued as precious and rare
Or might they feel too self conscious to share

If our words were birds – and they gathered together
As souls often do when they react to the weather
Would they find comfort together as one happy family
Or would they feel uncomfortable, lost and lonely

If our words were birds – what kind would they be
As each type of bird brings different colours to see
Would they all be found equal and beautiful to behold
Or would they be separated by what they were told

If our words were birds – they should be genuine and true
As each simple word makes us joyful or blue
Would they want to sing like there is no tomorrow
Or silently share their worry and sorrow

If my words are birds – then I share them with love
As the parrot, the crow or the winsome grey dove
They each have a role to play in my tomorrow
From the greatest Condor; to the tiniest Sparrow.

Hare~Honey Bee~Humming Bird

2022

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: asks us to take a look at our hard work and manifestation energy.  Are we still using the old program of ‘you have to work hard to get ahead?”  This is the way we keep our nose to the grindstone and never have a chance to look up or around to actually enjoy life.  How much do you do in a day that reflects the true joy and happiness you are longing for?

The time we spend with our focus on survival, success and service will reveal a lot about how much real life we have in the life we are living.  Just doing what is required to survive these days can make you exhausted and then the emptiness that comes with it.  Perhaps it is time to consider that how busy we keep ourselves may be the measurement of how desperate we are to avoid actually living the life we were designed to create!

So take a few moments and really look at your energy level – your busyness level – your happiness level and see if there is room for improvement or adjustment.

THE HARE= a wonderfully laid back day of eating greens and snoozing in the sun
THE HONEY BEE= a busy day of routine and missions to build up reserves
THE HUMMING BIRD= an intense day of seeking nectar but burning as fast you find it.

Shifting Your Mood Easily

Ask & It Is Given

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: shares a very easy way to shift our mood when we feel it sliding down the vibrational path to sadness or sorrow.  It is just as easy to move ourselves back up the scale when given the blessing of sound and vibration combined with a vision.

Using the simple sound of ‘awe’, allow yourself to fully embrace the sadness and sorrow within it as if your best friend just walked away, or your puppy was hurt.  This hurtful resonance of despair lies deep within each of us, and will seek to gain our attention at times when life is challenging or disappointing.  Say it with me now – AWWWE.

Then begin to move the sound of awe up a notch – like you are only disappointed in something or someone (perhaps even yourself).  It is not as heavy or lonely, but still expresses a part of you that may be hidden.  Awe – I am disappointed . . .

Now move up a level and say awe as if you just discovered you made a mistake and would like to take back something you said or did.  It was an accident – I didn’t mean to, I am so sorry.  Awe – please forgive me.  Hear the change in tone and feel the shift in energy.

Moving on up – awe – I just discovered or realized something and it is important.  I am in a place of understanding something that has been puzzling me – ohh – that’s what is going on, that makes more sense to me and the sound is morphing into ohhh instead of awe.  Keep saying it until you feel the shift  . . .

By now you will begin to feel a vibrational energy that is rising quickly and moving through you creating tingles, shivers or waves of delight.  This is the joyful use of awe-ohhh changing your vibration to joy and happiness . . . keep saying it until you let the energy of joy burst into bliss . . . awe . . . . . ohhh . . . . wow . . . see how far you can allow the vibration to rise within your heart and soul.  Warning – this can be orgasmic!

AWE= sadness, sorrow, surrender
OH= hopeful, helpful, healing
WOW= uplifting, encouraging, exciting!
