How Do You Know What You Feel Is Real?

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: challenges us to go within and check out our own version of finding the truth.  There are so many things in the world that we can be distracted by, or influenced by, so it is even more important these days to stay connected.

Every time we make a choice or a decision, there is an internal connection to it that allows us to feel confident – or concerned.  To take the most accurate direction we must be fully aligned and attuned to our inner blueprint that determines our destiny.  We are born with a plan, grow up creating from that plan, and then begin to discover variations of the plan that can help us evolve and complete the life lesson it is trying to teach us.

To visualize the variables in your plan, spend some time seeing yourself moving in the direction you THINK you want to go and then wait.  The longer you wait, the stronger the FEELING will become that either supports that direction, or challenges you to pick a better one.  Shift your focus to the next image and then follow it until you feel it lifting you higher in energy and vibration.  The best feeling will take you in the most promising direction.

DECISION= our choice that helps us grow or heal
CONNECTION= the internal level of energy that supports our choice
DIRECTION= guidance from within that helps us discover answers

What Chapter Are You Living In?

My Story

TODAY’ LIFE LESSON: shares an intimate story about life and how we live it.  There are various versions of our story that we hold onto that create a challenging life for ourselves and those that we love.  The past is designed to tell his-tory where we remember the details of what happened to us and how it affected us.  In order to move on and grow past these events, we must delve into the current way we feel about the past.

That would be her-story that continues to hold onto the past by reliving the feelings and emotions that our experience created.  These feelings are very demanding in the way they require us to explain, excuse or justify ourselves to the world we live in.  Letting go of these intense feelings can take a lot of courage but in the end it is what sets us free to carry on and grow up.

Then there is the unresolved mys-teries where we are not sure where it all began, what really happened, or even if it was the way remembered it or not.  Sometimes when we constantly review the past, we alter it to accommodate what we thought it meant, or what we needed it to be to support our judgments and fears.  The further we get from the truth, the deeper we go into denial.

HIS-STORY= memories of the past that hold us prisoner
HER-STORY= feelings from the pst that keep us limited
MY-STORY= mysterious truths that must be discovered to complete the lesson

Diversity And The Difference It Makes

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: inspires us to take a look at the vast differences that we all represent in the universal flow of things.  Each and every soul is as unique as a snow flake and as precious as a diamond in the energetic field of quantum vibration.  It is time to honour those differences instead of judging them and making them the cause for war or rejection that keeps us limited.

The sum of the whole is made up of all parts of what is possible and what is probable.  We are possibly the most complex life form on this planet, but that does not exclude us from having the responsibility of making that a loving and wonderful experience.  As a matter of fact, we are the source of what makes this planet so amazingly diverse and different.

Our greatest challenge as a human race is to see ourselves as extensions of one another and not the opposite.  We cannot be separated by colour, creed, beliefs or judgements without it causing the illusion of separation.  When we choose to break free of the illusions we have been living in, we will truly begin to actually LIVE.  The desire to live in a world of freedom, prosperity, abundance and balance has never been as strong as it is right now.

DIVIDED= the illusion that we are not the same
DIFFERENCE= the celebration of possibilities
DIVERSITY= the advantage of experiencing everything as equal
