TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: brings alignment to our entire being by helping us understand the importance of having balance at every level.  This is part of karmic completion and cosmic alignment that will help us raise our vibrations to a higher frequency.

Each chakra is designed to contribute to the sum of the whole, not just in our own personal state of grace, but also contributing to the entire collective.  When we focus our own energy into a pure white light, we anchor the concept of love deeper within ourselves, but also adding to the greater good for all.

HAPPINESS= the crown chakra where intuition and perception focus us on what is important and relevant to our wellbeing.
THANKFULNESS= the throat chakra that expresses our thoughts and feelings in loving and kind ways towards ourself and others.
WHOLENESS= the heart chakra radiates the purest form of love we are able to share, both giving and receiving at an equal rate.
FORGIVENESS= the solar plexus chakra where our sense of self worth, self acceptance and self confidence reflects our level of self love.
GRATEFULNESS= the sacral chakra where we express our creativity and productivity by feeling good about who we are and what we represent in our personal space & community.
PEACEFULNESS= the root chakra where we overcome our need for judgement, measurement, guilt, shame and the need to blame, where we are no longer afraid of who we are or why we are here.  We just radiate love of self and share it openly with others.

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: brings our focus back to the source of our intention and the desire to manifest our dreams and desires.  What we focus on becomes our vibrational ‘tone’ or point of attraction.  When we are consistently focused on the external challenges of our life, we get lost in the shuffle of choices and options.  It can appear to be quite overwhelming at times and down right upsetting in the relentlessness of our shadow self who’s voice will appear to be louder than any other.

Drawing our attention back to the basic power of INTENTION will help diminish the voice of the critic, the judge and the fear of failure illusion we seem to like to follow.  The pursuit of dreams and desires can fade very quickly and seem far beyond our grasp when we give up our clear focus and intention practice.

Getting back to the basics helps restore order and balance to the mind and emotions so they can once again align themselves together in support of what you are intending to create or change about yourself and your life in general.  The simplicity of the I AM declaration can bring a greater connection to your source of supply and help to bridge the gap between where you are . . . and where you desire to be.

INTENTION= the focus you consciously choose to follow
DETECTION= paying attention to the tension when you are off course
CORRECTION= release resistance to allowing source to guide and assist you
DIRECTION= a sense of power and presence that lets you know when you are on track

Nature Spirits

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON:  invites us to take an inner journey into our own world of changes and review the state of grace we are inhabiting.  Most days we are in a certain amount of turmoil that can distract us from a balanced state of being if we are not diligent in paying attention to how we feel.

There are several versions of vibration that we are designed to embody and each of them is slightly different than the other.  Each on their own can be challenging to keep balanced and aligned but the feeling that comes with achieving it – is amazing.  Our cosmic puzzle of us as individuals is enough to focus on without feeling the need to align ourselves to what others think or say, or are currently doing.  Just breathe – and be at peace within.

Calling upon our various natures can also be an insightful way of bring ourselves back into balance.  We know what peace, calm, gentle feels like – we also know the opposite is turbulent, agitated and aggressive or abusive.  It is not difficult to recognize which one we are in.  Catching ourselves going there is more important than ever.  Interrupting the pattern and rewriting the program is essential to our overall all wellness and wellbeing.

SELF= that part of us that requires physical alignment
SOUL= the part of us that seeks emotional alignment
SPIRIT= the part of us that needs perceptual alignment
SOURCE= the part of us that desires oneness alignment
