MENTAL~EMOTIONAL~PHYSICAL~BELIEFS

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON ~ suggests that we take a closer look at how our belief system is formed.  It is not so much our willingness to know things, as much as our response, reaction or rejection of what we hear.  We record things very differently at each level of our awareness.  The brain records differently than our emotions, and that reaction is reflected in our physical being, which all directly affects our level of spiritual awareness.  Lets break it down so it becomes very clear and easy to review when things are not in alignment or balance with what you ‘think’ you believe.

As information comes into our awareness through thoughts, sight, sounds, scents or perception, we record it in our consciousness as data.  It does not have a purpose other than a point of reference to be accessed at other times in the future.  This information will be logged in as right or wrong, good or bad, black or white, loving or unloving, true or untrue based on our perception of life as we are currently experiencing it.

The same information is being scanned into our emotional field as it triggers responses, reactions or rejection of that information.  This will be a reference back to our pervious experiences, and how it relates to, or compares to when we last had a similar event.  Our emotions are recorded in our subconscious where they find all kinds of ways to explain, excuse, justify or judge our choices and decisions that directly affects how we relate to ourself and others.  These ‘feelings’ can be in direct alignment with our ‘thoughts’, or in direct opposition to them.  We do not always trust what our thoughts are telling us, and our memories can validate the conflict and confusion that has happened in the past when we followed an idea and got hurt or harmed in some way.  Getting our emotions to align to our thoughts, can be a very challenging lifelong process.

Then we take into our physical reality the sum and total of our thoughts and beliefs as they are in alignment or not in alignment with what we have chosen to believe about ourselves.  We can believe we are a good person ‘logically’ but totally reject that idea ’emotionally’.  It is easy to believe we deserve to be blessed and abundant in our daily lives, but if our emotions have deemed it otherwise, the chain of events we will create will reflect an imbalanced state that makes us feel unloved, unwanted, unworthy or unkind.  This inner battle takes a great deal of time, effort and energy to support and repeat until we become consciously aware of what we are doing and correct it.

FEELINGS= emotions that surround our memories and cloud our vision
BELIEFS= how we record the information and respond, react to or reject it

Having our thoughts, feelings and beliefs in alignment with our truth, helps us to feel validated, worthy and loving towards ourselves and others.  If you don’t like what you are creating . . . change how you feel about what you know and embrace it as your truth for the purpose of learning.  Anything can be changed  . . . it is up to us when that will be.

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: shares the intention that we are here to learn so many life lessons through trial and error, falling down and getting up, the pendulum of moving forward and then seemingly being knocked backwards . . . it is all an ingenious process for us to learn about the various and sometimes endless conditions that a human soul can experience in their lifetime.

Each life lesson is recorded within our soul system to remind us of where we have been, what we have learned and where we need to move forward to from there.  No life lesson is an absolute.  The only thing we know for sure, is that once we have been there and done that, the next logical step should be to move in a different direction which should improve the outcome in some beneficial way.

Well logic is very different than emotion.  Logic is very linear and black and white . . . the full spectrum of emotions tend to anchor themselves to an experience and then replay it over and over again until we are very clear that is not where we want to be, or who we want to be if we are going to grow or change.  Emotions can be distractions that keep us from being clear or certain about what we are really trying to accomplish.  Feelings – well they are basic and simple:  MAD, SAD, BAD, GLAD no confusion there, only anger, hurt, guilt or happiness to choose from.

Once we have researched all the ‘conditions’ that life can throw our way, then we have all of the understanding, compassion and empathy that we need to have patience, tolerance and acceptance for others who are still going through the process.  This is how we achieve the state of unconditional love called grace.

CONDITIONAL LOVE= the use of judgment and fear to express ourselves and explore the world as a unique soul seeking perfection.
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE= the state of grace where you are perfectly at peace with being an imperfect human, but loving yourself and others anyway.

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: feathers are like feelings . . . they help us learn to fly! Our emotional body is designed to elevate our soul to places that help us expand our awareness, and develop our soul skills.  The base nature of our humanness is built on the concept of thought creating an inner reaction which we have recognized as feelings.  These feelings are our inner GPS that helps us follow our thought, fear our thought, judge our thought, ignore our thought or deny our thought and move on to the next one.

As thoughts come through our awareness centre, we instinctively have a reaction to it that tells us if it is worth following.  Our feelings are designed to give us bio feedback from the core of self which aligns or rejects the idea right from the beginning.  If we need to convince ourselves to follow, chances are it will not work out well.  If we have a tendency to doubt our thoughts, they will rarely manifest something that will last and usually falls apart as quickly as it came.  A good strong confident feeling helps us conquer anything we set our mind to.

We have endless thoughts that pass through every second of every day – however, we only have 4 feelings that respond to them:  mad, sad, bad, glad.  Depending on which feeling we choose, and what direction we end up taking, our creations directly reflect what we select!
