THE ISSUE~THE ILLUSION~THE INSIGHT

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: teaches us that whenever we are in place where change is happening, we are most likely to be in a state of resistance first.  This is an indicator that the process has begun and we are asking ourselves what it is that must change about ourselves that will enhance our life in some way.  This enhancement must come at the end of a long period of time where we have been ‘researching’ the opposite of what we deserve, or desire.  The contrast builds up an awareness of what we truly believe or want to become.

The transformation process begins in a state of darkness where we are introverted, quiet, confused, upset or agitated in our daily life.  This is the time where nothing makes sense and everything becomes annoying to our senses and sensibility.  The main purpose of this is so we can take a very intense look at our thoughts, our feelings and the outcome of the two working together to either hold an illusion in place, or break it open and lay it out for us to examine in a new light.

So if you are having one of those ‘experiences’ right now, just imagine that you are able to rise above the issue, the illusion, the challenge and see it with fresh eyes that only see the potential and the possibility of a better way of being.

Self Respect~Correct~Reject~Eject

Today’s Life Lesson:  share a very important mindset that we must learn to adopt if we are going to be proactive in our own sense of purpose and worth.  There is a vibrational scale that we slide up and down when it comes to our own sense of wellness and wellbeing.  It has so much to do with how we feel about ourselves, what we do to support our state of mind, body and spirit from the internal dialogue that goes on continually.  Who do we listen to?  What part of us is in charge of our perceptive state of belief in who we are?

SELF RESPECT= a state of awareness of our true value and purpose in self love
SELF CORRECT= a state of consciousness where we know how to shift our focus back to love
SELF REJECT= a state of reaction where we forget our value and purpose as worthy of love
SELF EJECT= a state of deterioration where we give up on self respect and reject our purpose

PERCEPTION~PERSPECTIVE~PERFORMANCE

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: encourages us to take a look at our own way of thinking, seeing, feeling and reacting to the world we live in.  Everything we see is a reflection of our own perception and how we relate to our environment, relationships and life challenges.  When we view life through the lens of love, it reflects only the most benevolent perspective for us to encounter.  When we see it through the eyes of fear, doubt or worry, we see only those things that support our belief and invite us to participate in a constant state of reaction to things we cannot change outside of ourselves.

Overall, our personal performance will indicate if we are in alignment with our best interests, best behaviour and attitude towards self and others, or out of alignment with conflict, confusion and frustration.  It is challenging to accept when we are off course, but essential to our growth if we are going to take responsibility for correcting our misalignment.
