Shifting Your Mood Easily

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: shares a very easy way to shift our mood when we feel it sliding down the vibrational path to sadness or sorrow.  It is just as easy to move ourselves back up the scale when given the blessing of sound and vibration combined with a vision.

Using the simple sound of ‘awe’, allow yourself to fully embrace the sadness and sorrow within it as if your best friend just walked away, or your puppy was hurt.  This hurtful resonance of despair lies deep within each of us, and will seek to gain our attention at times when life is challenging or disappointing.  Say it with me now – AWWWE.

Then begin to move the sound of awe up a notch – like you are only disappointed in something or someone (perhaps even yourself).  It is not as heavy or lonely, but still expresses a part of you that may be hidden.  Awe – I am disappointed . . .

Now move up a level and say awe as if you just discovered you made a mistake and would like to take back something you said or did.  It was an accident – I didn’t mean to, I am so sorry.  Awe – please forgive me.  Hear the change in tone and feel the shift in energy.

Moving on up – awe – I just discovered or realized something and it is important.  I am in a place of understanding something that has been puzzling me – ohh – that’s what is going on, that makes more sense to me and the sound is morphing into ohhh instead of awe.  Keep saying it until you feel the shift  . . .

By now you will begin to feel a vibrational energy that is rising quickly and moving through you creating tingles, shivers or waves of delight.  This is the joyful use of awe-ohhh changing your vibration to joy and happiness . . . keep saying it until you let the energy of joy burst into bliss . . . awe . . . . . ohhh . . . . wow . . . see how far you can allow the vibration to rise within your heart and soul.  Warning – this can be orgasmic!

AWE= sadness, sorrow, surrender
OH= hopeful, helpful, healing
WOW= uplifting, encouraging, exciting!

I AM or AM I ? Time To Decide!

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: brings us a clear message of impending activities.  We are sitting on the edge of glory and must decide to take a leap of faith and cross the great divide, or stand still and behold the action that will change history for ever.  Only you can decide which way you are willing to go.  It is a test of faith – a leap of faith – a use of faith.

When you hear your soul making your choice clear, it will come in the form of two directions.  Two very different directions that will form your new reality, or form your next level of challenges that will inevitably bring you to the same moment – simply further down the path.  Here is your soul challenge today – choose one of these levels of truth:

I AM = the empowered state of grace that invokes your deepest desires from the divine blueprint within your heart into action.  This manifestational power will inspire your world to move forward into a layer of energy and frequency that will start the whole world tumbling like dominos.

If you fear this – you will not follow it, but become an observer of it.

AM I = if you are still asking for proof, still seeking answers, still not sure you are who you think you are, you will surely not be able to use your power to affect this shift.  Your fear of power will deactivate your energy and any affect it might have on the successful outcome of the great sift of the ages.  You are not going to be judged on this choice – it is a genuine free will opportunity to break free of all bondage and blockages that have held you in the illusion of powerlessness.

Feel the rhythm and the momentum building within you, and you will be actively contributing to the earth shifting from PENDULUM to CONTINUUM frequencies.  This is the heralding of the new world you have been working towards for so many lifetimes.  Be in joy and truly EN Joy the gifts you possess as you come together as a grand soul reunion of those that were sent here for this very purpose.  You are greatly loved and appreciated.

What Dimensional Version Are You Living In?

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: 

As Source loves to enhance my awarenesses with information and correlations to what I have been thinking and going through, this latest one was a real revelation!

You can see these changes in the Technical, Logical, Emotional way, or in a Dimensional way, or the Spiritual way, but ultimately it is in every way true. What a journey we have been on.

Human 1.0 =  focusing on self preservation with high levels of aggression/passion for survival. Some would identify this as Primitive Man. Kill or be killed, eat or be eaten and the need for killing and conquering is the focus.

Human 2.0 = recognizing the importance of relationships and having a significant partner that can make life easier by sharing the work and daily challenges of living. Possessions become important initially as people and then as property that must be protected at all costs.  Battles and wars are fought to meet this desire for power outside of self.

Human 3..0 = awareness of a greater power that is actively present within the self and feeling the need to improve ones conditions or situations by respecting others. This version is a provider for family and community who serves and protects with dedication and devotion to making a difference by representing their limited and often rigid beliefs.

Human 4.0 = awakening to the greater picture of life and its true meaning.  A need to compete and compare self to others in order to get a sense of value and purpose in relation to social status and standing. The desire to participate in sports and competitions creates an unrealistic measurement of man and woman that cannot be attained and therefore brings struggle.

Human 5.0 = allowing the self to be guided by source from within.  The focus is on surrendering all the old beliefs and burdens that have caused heartache and hardship to a soul who now recognizes it has been manifesting these things to learn from.  The ability to consciously create comes from a deep well of wisdom acquired throughout the metaphysical journey and evolution of each soul.  Letting go of the old ways and embracing the new reality heralds in the new version of life on this planet called Heaven on Earth.
