HARM~HATE~HURT~HARD

2016

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON:  addresses some of the challenging feelings we can go through as an awakened soul on the journey of transformation.  We know as human race, we have defined some words that best describe acceptable and unacceptable expressions of our frustration and anger – some would call them four letter words, or swear words.  There are times when these words just pop out of our mouths in moments when no other word seems to adequately express how we are feeling inside . . . so we use them and then feel bad about it and begin to formulate a reasoning or excuse to cover it up.

By association these words seem to reflect how we are either in control of our emotional moments, or not . . . but do they really mean we are a bad person, or an out of control person?  Are we a disrespectful person?  No not really.  The energy of those words have a deeper meaning that help us recognize how far out of balance we are or have become in that moment.  We need to acknowledge those words as having importance and relevance to our state of energetic wellbeing.

To a healer . . . there are words that trigger us just as deeply and profoundly as the common swear words do to the general public.  These words have the ability to set us off in a way that no other word might do!  We are very conscious of our desires and needs to be in harmony with everyone and everything, but sometimes the healer gets triggered into a moment where we loose our way, or our connection to the harmony we desire.

Here are some of the four letter words that trigger healers and spiritually awakened souls:

HARM= brings up thoughts of retaliation or fighting back
HATE= brings up memories of devastation and loss
HARD= brings up old beliefs about life and how we must work hard
HURT= brings up unresolved feelings we still have causing us distress

SURF~SNORKEL~SUBMERGE~SCUBA

2014

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: inspires us to do some soul surfing while we take a look at our energy field and see how we are living our daily lives.  The habit of doing the same thing over and over again only allows us to repeat the same experience and consequently the same outcome.  On the surface it seems quite calm and smooth . . . but underneath?

The universal energies are riding higher and higher into the vibrational realms of a great shift of consciousness and the way we experience our daily journey.  The choices we make are an integral part of how high . . . or low . . . we go.  From birth we learn how to fall down and get up with each step that we take.  The growth of our soul depends on us having the courage and the strength to endure this process with grace and ease.

As we learn to literally go with the flow, we begin to realize that the amount of effort we put into our soul experience greatly affects the way we live our lives and learn our lessons.

SURF= riding the tide and learning to use energy to keep ourselves skimming the surface of life and living it fully while enjoying the process we have created for ourselves.
SNORKEL= letting our curiosity show us what is below the surface while feeling safe and secure that we can learn by observing instead of engaging.
SUBMERGE= the moments when we fully descend and fall deeply into the abyss where everything is dark and murky all around us where fear takes over and pulls us down into its illusions of despair.
SCUBA = when we stop fighting our fear and just let go where we can observe what lies beneath the depths of our soul and see the beauty all around and within the moment.

ACTION~REACTION~ATTRACTION

2013

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: features all of the steps we go through to experience life in the full spectrum of what it has to offer.  Every thought and feeling we have must come together in alignment for us to manifest anything we desire.  When it happens in a loving way, we enjoy the creation of very joyful, peaceful and happy outcomes.  When it happens in an unloving way – we experience loss, loneliness, hopelessness and sorrow.  Both have value in helping us develop discernment and right of choice.  Once you decode your experience in a more thoughtful, loving way, you become the observer of what is taking place and then proceed to make changes where you feel uncomfortable.  This is called CONSCIOUS CREATION.

ACTION = thoughts we have about life and how we live it
REACTION= feelings we have in response to our thoughts
EMOTION= memories we associate from our past experiences
DISTRACTION= ideas of how to express, excuse or justify ourselves
CREATION= the conclusion we come to and how we proceed
ATTRACTION= our vibrational signal we create to manifest our conclusions
