INTENTION~PERCEPTION~TENSION~ATTENTION

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON:  offers us insights into our inner world of wellness and wellbeing that helps to determine where our point of balance may be positioned.  A true sense of peace and tranquility comes from a place of mental and emotional harmony that allows us to think and feel the reality we are in as safe, secure and serene.  From that place we can envision, inspire and manifest our deepest desires in a powerful way.

When we are out of balance it is important to run a truth check on our intention, perception, intuition, emotion and allow ourselves to take a closer look at that information and make sure it is all in alignment with our best interest and true purpose.  The quickest way to acknowledge ‘something is up’ is to feel the tension in your body rise.  When we are not in alignment with our benevolent self, we feel out of sorts, off centre, and inner turmoil takes over.

And so I learned to create a clear path of direct alignment for my inner soul to follow as I design a more conscious way to create my life and its purpose:

INTENTION=  what I feel I want, need, deserve or desire
PERCEPTION= how I see myself in relation to those desires
TENSION= when I am  not in alignment with my true intention
ATTENTION= how I observe myself with the intention for correction

when this is done with love . . . it feels good
when this is done with criticism or fear . . . it does not feel good, but helps find the source of misalignment or discontent.  Either way – it is a blessing.

DIRECTION~CONNECTION~PERCEPTION

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: reminds us that when we look to the future of our souls journey, it is important to view it as a sense of gaining direction, and not comparing ourselves from where we are to where we are meant to be.  This compete and compare view provides us with a sense of sadness, sorrow and separation from our soul self and source.  The longing we hold in our heart can be a real detriment to the amount of courage and determination we are capable of using to accomplish our dreams and desires.

It is important to remember that each step we take from where we are, to where we are going allows us to embody the authentic compassion and understanding we need to have in order to share our wisdom with others.  When we have truly been there, done that, it is a genuine sense of knowing that allows us to be more patient, kind and tolerant of ourselves and each other.  We need this elevated state of awareness in order to successfully arrive at our destination of unconditional love.

Embrace the future, or your inevitable destination as a point of focus and guiding light that helps you find your way . . . let be an encouragement to your soul.

BREAK THROUGH BELIEF SYSTEMS

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON – invites us to take a closer look at how we view our world and what limitations we may be placing on the challenges we have so passionately manifested for ourselves.  We create these lessons to learn from but when we have completed them, it is time to release them into the vibrational field for renewal and updating.

Each time we cross a line where we have not been before, it sets off all kinds of alarms, concerns, fears, judgments and worries about our security, safety and survival.  This is part of our own instincts that helps us determine if we are ready to evolve, or decide to go another round with our karmic circle . . . or some would call it circus.

BURDENS= what we carry forward as guilt, shame, blame
BOUNDARIES= the lines we draw to define ourselves in relation to others
BARRIERS= illusions we support that keep us limited until we are ready to grow
BLOCKS=  traumas that we use to anchor ourselves in the past
BELIEFS=  programs and patterns that we hold in our memories
