The Colours Of Our Soul

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: inspires us to take a closer look at the colours of our soul and what it means as a being of light.  We are composed of the full spectrum of light which when broken down becomes the rays of the rainbow.  Within each of us there are the individual colour centres known as chakras.  Within these energy centres, there is a point of balance where the masculine and feminine energies align together as one.

When our thoughts (masculine) and our feelings (feminine) are not in alignment with each other, we are in a state of imbalance which is reflected through judgement and fear. This is simply a way of recognizing there is an imbalance present.  It is not a failure, or defeated state that cannot be cleared or healed in the blink of an eye.  Balance is truly simple when you understand what it represents and how it can be reflected through us and to us from our inner and outer environments.

ROOT CHAKRA RED= the balance of faith & forgiveness
SACRAL CHAKRA ORANGE= the balance of creation & recreation
SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA YELLOW= the balance of self & source
HEART CHAKRA GREEN= the balance of passion & compassion
THROAT CHAKRA BLUE= the balance of expression & communication
THIRD EYE CHAKRA INDIGO= the balance of impression & perception
CROWN CHAKRA PURPLE= the balance of humanity & divinity

Violet Flame Blessings

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: requests that we allow ourselves to be filled to overflowing with the Light of the Violet Flame.  This energy is one that soothes the soul while energizing our spirit to expand into a higher state of awareness.  There is much for us to understand at this time that will enable us to live more fully and freely.

Each and ever soul has the capacity to embody this high vibrational energy to create and co-create a better world of love and peace.  To fill our own hearts to the point of overflow allows us the blessings and benefits of sharing what is genuinely love without conditions.  Unconditional love is the sign of an evolved being who’s energy field can then be used to amplify the consciousness of man at a whole new level.

Envision yourself drinking it in, breathing it in, filling in from the crown of your head, drawing it up from your feet from the very essence of the earth and letting it spiral up and down your spine until you feel it vibrating faster and faster.  Continue this intention until you are so saturated with light that you are breathing it in and out, seeing it moving freely in and out and all around you.  This is the sign of a full cup of divine love and light.

DRINK IT IN= liquid light saturating your soul
BREATHE IT IN= energy fuelling your heart light
DRAW IT IN= essence of love permeating your being

What Chapter Are You Living In?

My Story

TODAY’ LIFE LESSON: shares an intimate story about life and how we live it.  There are various versions of our story that we hold onto that create a challenging life for ourselves and those that we love.  The past is designed to tell his-tory where we remember the details of what happened to us and how it affected us.  In order to move on and grow past these events, we must delve into the current way we feel about the past.

That would be her-story that continues to hold onto the past by reliving the feelings and emotions that our experience created.  These feelings are very demanding in the way they require us to explain, excuse or justify ourselves to the world we live in.  Letting go of these intense feelings can take a lot of courage but in the end it is what sets us free to carry on and grow up.

Then there is the unresolved mys-teries where we are not sure where it all began, what really happened, or even if it was the way remembered it or not.  Sometimes when we constantly review the past, we alter it to accommodate what we thought it meant, or what we needed it to be to support our judgments and fears.  The further we get from the truth, the deeper we go into denial.

HIS-STORY= memories of the past that hold us prisoner
HER-STORY= feelings from the pst that keep us limited
MY-STORY= mysterious truths that must be discovered to complete the lesson
