FAMILY~FRIENDS~FOES

Elemental Fire

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: Long before we arrive here on the planet of transformation and change, we make contracts and agreements with other souls who are on a quest for similar growth and knowledge.  These contracts are the blueprints for our souls journey and help facilitate the direction our life will go.  They are a general map of the challenges and choices we will make and are subject to completion once we have explored all of the variations these trials and tribulations can bring.

Karma is the complex game of balance.  For everything we choose and experience in the shadow side of ourselves, we will also create the sunny side as a full spectrum of understanding and compassion that inevitably comes from playing both sides of the pendulum.  These difficult challenges come with a built in support system that is offered by our family, friends and foes . . . they all play an equal roll.

Although most of us would be quick to select the hero or the benevolent characters to portray as our true self, we must also be willing to play the villain, the victim and the victor in every way.  It is important to remember in the middle of ‘the game’ or ‘the show’, that we VOLUNTEERED to do this for each other.  More can be learned from controversy than from complacency.

FAMILY= the full range of support for our learning requirements from happy to harmful, to hurtful and hateful
FRIENDS= those that challenges us to grow by acceptance, rejection or total denial
FOES= our most feared and judged qualities showing up as reflections of what we hold inside such as fears, phobias and belief in failure.

SEASON~REASON~TREASON

2001

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: helps us understand the process of elimination that we are going through to find the purest and most loving version of ourselves.  This takes time and patience as we learn to observe ourselves through the eyes of love instead of the perception of judgement or fear.  We are the source of our own supply and salvation.

To every season of our lives there are challenges that compliment our desire to learn and grow or evolve.  This inner knowing is typically hidden deep down where we are not able to access it until we have completed our research into how it works, and affects our lives.  The good news is, that it only lasts for a season.  We may avoid that season for many cycles, but inevitably we must embrace it and accept that we can benefit from it in some way.  Enlightenment comes from embracing the darkness as a loveable part of self.

We are designed to discover the most about any challenge, by the pursuit of finding reasons that it exists, reasons we are involved, reasons we should allow it and so on.  There are endless reasons for our thoughts, feelings and behaviours, all of which we can easily explain to ourselves and others while we are engaged in it.  At some point there are not enough reasons to keep us there . . . we are done with the concept and have experienced enough to know that we are not limited to, or by, any reasons that are good enough to sacrifice or suffer any further.

While we are fully engaged in the battle of balance – we find that the inner thoughts and feelings are in constant conflict with one another.  This helps us pendulum back and forth through the various layers and beliefs until we can find the point of balance by just embracing what is, and who we are, as perfection.  The only treason we are ever guilty of, is when we deny our hearts true purpose, or visions and dreams as part of our karmic journey.  Betraying the self is the ultimate source of grief and despair which helps us realize we have arrived at the deepest level of what we can endure.

SEASON= the various cycles we go through in life that help us explore and experience the    full spectrum of what we call possible and impossible to love. In other words – the art of conditional love.

REASON= our ability to justify, explain, excuse and explore our deepest judgements and fears. This process helps us develop compassion for self and others which elevates our love to a higher vibration where we can truly appreciate unconditional love.

TREASON= the illusion that anyone including ourselves is undeserving or worthy of love no matter what we have said or done, or not said and done, we are always loveable.  This awareness is born of all the ways we have feared, judged and denied ourselves and each other at some point in our karmic journey.

The Hardest Words To Say

Sun Sation

TODAY’S LIFE LESSON: shares a powerful message about a simple truth that we are all being challenged with these days.  We are so used to making peace with whatever comes our way, that we forget about the importance of truth and integrity.

Have you noticed that two of the hardest words for us to say are the shortest and potentially the simplest in the english language?  YES  &  NO.  They are so powerfully linked to what our heart desires that we can miss their  messages and complicate their purpose so easily.

Most of us would admit that saying NO  to someone we love and care about is very challenging.  When we intuitively understand that saying no would actually be more helpful and encouraging to their spirit – we still soften our response down to a hesitant YES.  This dishonours the person by interfering with their ability to resolve things on their own.  It has come to the time when we must stand strong and say NO with the confidence of knowing they must face something they have been avoiding or denying as part of their life lessons.

On the other side of that, we have been greatly challenged to say YES when we are offered assistance, guidance or inspiration from spirit.  Our independent nature takes over and we push away the blessings and abundance that is trying to find its way into our current experience.  Source energy loves to flow through us without any resistance to its powerful flow.  Sometimes the blessings of assistance is not saying so much that you could not do it yourself, but that you are worthy of help and comfort along the way.

Time to turn things around!  Say YES  to the power of Source and all its abundance and say NO to the temptation to fix things for others so they don’t have to. . .

NO = a deep desire to be independent and to create things by controlling the flow.
YES = a fearful desire to avoid the awkward moments of having to watch others fall.
